Answer to trivia question: Brenda and Kendell were both right. To start with, a vacugna was an animal, but somewhere along the line Dad brought home a box of ice cream sicles with the orange shell and vanilla centers. He called them Vacugnas and thus they became. You could buy these at George's service station also, but they were probably on order at Burgess Merc. As a side note, at Albertson's, Vacugnas are right across the aisle from Gadgets!
Gadgets are less commonly known as Whoppers or malted milk balls. The name originated from small metal ball bearings that were found in the old spray pump. We didn't know what they were called, so we called them gadgets.

I've heard about vacugnas, what are they?
I am thinking that you might find them at the "butcher block"
I don't know about the grocery store, but I would expect to find one at the zoo.
You would find them in the freezer section with the ice cream.
I remember that they used to be found at George Rassmusen's service station
Me and Mom think you will find them where you find the cough medicine. However, Dad wouldn't tell us if we were right or not.

The vacugnas were also known as 50-50's. I could sure use a gadget right now.
So, I know about vacugnas and 50-50s, but I haven't heard of gadgets. Help?
