Tibble Fork and the 58 Chevy.

It was a warm pleasant Sunday afternoon. We went for a Sunday drive up to Tibble Fork Reservoir. as we where returning back down the canyon , the owner of the 58 Chevy noticed that "she" was almost out of fuel. So decided to put the car in N and coast out of the canyon ..... to save fuel. As we neared the bottom of the canyon it came time to use the remaining fuel to get us home. So she started the engine and put the selector in R ... I'm thinking for "Race" . The back wheels began to howl, and I got a good close look at the windshield ( 1958 Chevys did not come with seat belts as standard equipment) Kind of reminded me of a ODGI. She did have fast reflexes. The selector was moved to D (for down hill) so fast that the tough old Chevy never did suffer from the experience.

What about the smug backing out of the driveway while sticking out her tongue as "she" backed into a car parked facing west! That was some red faced lady that day!

I remember a sister of mine that used to stab her music with her violin bow as practiced Berceus and Alpine Violets on her violin.

I'm not going to mention anything about my little sister who is named after her favorite brother, whom she still idolizes.

I don't know, Dean, anybody that can gaze at the presence of 5 classic automobiles and only think of cow feed is sorely lacking in taste and respect for the finer things in life.

Was that really "gum" that Brenda wanted Kendell to throw away for Deanna

OK--so maybe some of the girls might have one or two tiny peculiarities...

Not much for "Deep Dark Secrets" in this family... ... A girdle ... a cold toilet seat. ... a snow ball ... Just lots of fun memories .....

All right! I guess I had conveniently forgotten about some of those instances. Just you all wait until you are my age! Oh, Kendell, I was just wondering what you recall about a pitchfork and a marriage?
