I'm going to guess badminton.
There sure where a lot of Horseshoes played at our house.
I guess both horseshoes and badmitten were family favorites. I remember many a night spent playing badmitten under the floodlights. The lattice fence on the west of the lawn made a great boundry line with the sidewalk on one side and the driveway on the east and south sides. I remember that Uncle Calvin liked to come and play a lot. The lights would attract the June Beetles, moths, and other insects at night. It wasn't any fun, though, if the wind was blowing too hard. We younger kids felt pretty special when we got a chance to play with the grownups. They were good to let us all have a chance. Good times-Good memories!
