This is what the playroom looks like right now, thanks to a minor flood we had in there. We noticed on Saturday morning that the carpet in the playroom and hall were soaked. Our neighbor, Randy Beck, came over with one of his sons and bailed out some of the water out of the windowwell and then Merlynne, Me, and Mom vacuumed up all the water that we could. Then this is what we did to the playroom and we are letting it dry. Mom says maybe it will be dry by summer time.

How did the basement flood? Too much rain? Has this ever happened before?
looks like one of the grandkids was sleeping on the floor... and had an accident.....
It looks like you need your 4 buckle overshoes. Try using a shop vacuum to get most of the water up, or buy some rubber duckies and have fun!
