The answer is Barney. On the episode where 3 lady convicts escape from the state prison and hold up at O'Malley's place, Barney and Floyd run into them on a fishing trip. They get Barney's gun away from him and one of them turns on some music. One girl is named Sally and thinks that Barney resembles her former husband/boyfriend named Al.
