I knew of no other grandma that had a kinder voice, a gentler smile, or made better popcorn, popsicles, or ice-cream cake roll. Thank you for being such a good example for what a mother should be, and thank you for being so kind that all the memories I have of you are happy.

thank you for your wonderful example. You are always thinking of ways you cn take care of others' needs. When I wanted you to go shopping with me etc. you found a way to help me out.
Thanks Mom

Kendell, the last 2 times I have got on the blog, you have read my mind. Last night I was going to post a picture of Michelle and Chris that I took at the reception, but you beat me to it. Then tonight I was going to post a picture of Mom and have the family make comments to her, AGAIN you beat me to it. I guess great minds think alike.

I appreciate Mom's patience with me and Dad when we there is a Jazz game on TV. She will even clap and yell making us think that she is really getting into it, but I don't think she really is deep down. I appreciate all the values that she has taught me by her examples. Thanks Mom.

Grandma makes me think of homemade bread & popsicles in the summer, wearing her apron in the kitchen, always the last to eat, and always being there to get me a drink of water from a little plastic cup.
I love you Grandma, happy Mother's Day!!

Thanks for letting me live with you after my mission. That was truly one of the best summers of my life. You took such great care of me, packed me a lunch everyday, made me dinner everynight, and letting me eat more cheese and crackers than my body should have :) Love you :)

Thank you for letting me stay with you for extended periods of time during my dating/engagement! I wouldn't be married without you :-) And thank you for making cheesy potatoes when I come to visit!

Thanks for letting us know that no matter what anyone else thought, we were special. No one was quicker to overlook our faults, or quicker to praise our accomplishments. Mom truely welcomes the visit of any one of her offspring. Whenever we show up, out comes bread and "with it" or whatever might be lurking in the fridge. We love you so much!

Thanks for being the perfect example of what a mother and grandmother should be! I try to emulate you and my mother with your patience and kindness in thinking of others before yourself and service without complaint. You're the best!

Thank you for the Honey Nut Cheerios, washing my hair when the bird pooped on me, letting me 'hop' in the car/truck and being my 2nd mom. I love you with all my heart. By the way...I can't remember...do tulips brow upside down if you plant them wrong?

I meant "grow'. I don't know what brow means...but I don't think tulips can do it.
