I believe that story was told about 3:30 in the morning while taking a water turn. Both Uncle Ralph and Grandpa were cultivating behind the horses. They were wearing bib overalls. One looked over at the other and blew his nose onto his overalls. The other turned and returned the favor. Then both started to laugh and repeated it over and over. But then at the time Grandpa told us the story, he was prone to repeat things over and over himself. Anyway, it's a memory that I'll always have of Grandpa, Kendell and myself laughing our guts out at 3:00 a.m. while taking a water turn.
