I'm pretty sure it was Wayne. By the way, Jeff had the same thing happen to him as a kid.
I think it was Wayne, too. Wasn't he hurrying to the store because Mom left him because his shoes weren't tied.
As I recall the story.. the bike was too big for Wayne ... so he rode it with his leg between the bars .... rather than over the bar ..... which made it rather difficult to dismount.
