When going shopping to American Fork with Dad (Grandpa Whitby), what did he usually buy for lunch?

I am guessing a Spam sandwich, since there where no McDonald's in American Fork back then.

Sharp cheese--the round kind with red wax around it. They would eat it on the way home with crackers.
