I have great memories of walking through that garden with Grandpa helping him plant seeds or pick corn.
That garden was a thing of beauty..not a weed in sight!
Yes! I just wish my garden looked that good.
He was proud of that garden. I miss all of the produce we reaped from that plot. Having fresh corn on the cob was a treat. We also took for granted the wonderful variety of fruits we had at our fingertips.
Does anyone remember the "Honey Shaw" melons? They were the best I have ever tasted.
