I remember driving the tractor pulling the spray wagon through the orchard at the low bench. How about the tractor pulling the hay wagon and tromping hay! Yup, good memories.
That looks like the face of an old friend. I learned to drive on this machine at about 8 or 9 years old. The automatic started had long since stopped working and we used the hand crank. By the way, where is this old tractor, anyway?
Many many memories...including pull-starting a 1953 Ford.... with no brakes. Taking it to high school and splitting it in half in the FFA class.... I don't remember who has it now.
I learned to drive on that old tractor. Starting it with the hand crank was always an adventure. I think that dad gave it to Dave Deavey and he restored it.

I remember Kendell taking me for a ride on the tractor down to the gas station to get some candies that were shaped like mice.

I remember taking that picture when Deb and I were dating. I'm a better driver because of the things I learned on the tractor.

Dad did sell it to Dave Devey and he had Eugene Healey restore it. I think Dave sold it to a man from Arizona, but I'm not sure on that.
