Well....it seems hard to understand the culture of the "Four Little Boys." But it seemed to be some type of gang sign executed by placing the right index finger above the forehead, pointing up and out. It seemed to be sometimes used when one of the younger ones was whining. Or, it may also have been used when spotting a Buick with the antenna on the front roof.
But then....not being one of that inner group, I am not sure that I understand it after all.
