Family Trivia Question of the Week

What was the biggest jigsaw puzzle we ever did, and when was it put together?

I remember the puzzle people in our family doing a huge puzzle over the Christmas holidays one year. I don't know how many pieces were in it but I'm sure Gordon would know.
